  1. Collect the Application Form from the College Office between 9.30 am and 5.00 pm (Monday – Friday) and 9.30 am and 1.30 pm (Saturdays). Cost ₹ 1000/- (one thousand)
  2. After filling up the application form, attach supporting documents (Std. X Marksheet and Std. XII Mark sheet, if available). 
  3. Submit the application form at the College Office or send us to the address below via courier/speed post or registered post.
