XITE College successfully organized a picnic for the students, teaching and non-teaching staff on December 16, 2022 near the riverbank at Tantnagar, Chaibasa. Most of the students, and all the teachers and non-teaching staff of the school attended the picnic. The picnic was a great success and all the participants enjoyed thoroughly with lot of fun and laughter. The students took initiative and leadership roles under the mentorship of senior faculty in making the event a grand success. The exercise gave them ample opportunity and learning experiences of team work, planning, coordination, etc.
