The Literary Club of XITE College organized an “OPEN MIC” competition on 30th April 2022 to test stage presence and creative brains. The students showcased their talent with well-structured poems, songs, real-life experiences, and stories. This time students also performed Shayaris, Stand-up Comedy, and staged the stories with messages. The crowd cheered and laughed their heart out at the fresh jokes whereas Faculty appreciated the students and the club for introducing these academic skills. The program was judged by Dr. Bharti Varshney, Dr. Pompi Das Gupta, and Prof. Amit Chaturvedi. Ms. Lily Baha Aind BA English secured the first position. Ms. Palak Thakur from BA English and Ms. Rashmi Mishra from B.Com have secured the second and third positions respectively. All the winners were awarded certificates.
