XITE College organized a two day faculty Development Program (FDP) for the Faculty on 12th & 13th August 2021 in the College. The resource persons were Fr (Dr.) P. Anthony Raj, SJ and Fr (Dr.) Mukti Clarence, SJ. On the occasion, the resource persons highlighted on the values and contributions of Jesuit Education and ways and means of having work-life spirituality. All the participants enjoyed and benefited a lot from the sessions. The participants thanked the resource persons for their insightful and scholarly inputs.
