On 10th December 2024, XITE Gamharia (Autonomous) demonstrated its commitment to community service by organizing a Clothes Donation Drive in the Bistupur area of Jamshedpur. Spearheaded by the Community Services Club under the coordination of Assist. Prof. Amit Chaturvedi, the initiative aimed to support the underprivileged and bring warmth to their lives.
The drive witnessed active participation from the second-year BBA students, who took the lead in collecting clothes from their peers and faculty members. The distribution among the destitutes was not only an act of kindness but also an eye-opening experience for the students. Witnessing the struggles of the recipients, the volunteers developed a deeper sense of empathy and social responsibility.
The event was both enriching and impactful, leaving a lasting impression on everyone involved. The dedication and teamwork showcased by the students and faculty were instrumental in the success of this noble cause.
