The Third Round of Session
On February 28, 2023 under the leadership of Mr. Shatrughan Ojha and Mr. Vishal Kumar, MBA final year of XLRI, introduced Ms. Priyal Julasaria, Mr. Vaibhav Deshmukh and Mr. Harsh Joshi, MBA 1st year of XLRI to the students of XITE College. During their interaction with the 3rd year students of XITE College, they talked about how to appear for the MBA admission interview and focused on the soft skills required. The XLRI students were happy with the quality teaching that XITE College imparts in terms of knowledge and skills. XITE College fraternity are grateful the XLRI students for their support and guidance.
The Second Round of Session
Four Second year students of XLRI, Jamshedpur Mr. Pritam Bhaumik, Mr. Vishal Kumar Singh, Mr. Himanshu Shekar Mishra, and Mr. Shatrughan Ojha came to XITE College and interacted with the students on 13th December 2022. This was their second round of interaction. The students of XITE shown great interest in getting tips on soft skills. The students and management are grateful to the XLRI students for their sacrifice and passion with which they imparted the knowledge. We look forward to having more sessions.
The First Round of Session
The Second year students of XLRI, Jamshedpur Mr. Ankit Raj, Mr. Shailesh Keskar, Mr. Pritam Bhaumik, Mr. Vishal Kumar and Mr. Shatrughan Ojha came to XITE College and interacted with the students on 11th November 2022. During the group interaction, the XLRI students emphasised on various career opportunities available and how to prepare oneself while pursuing the degree. They highlighted the areas which one must focus based on the importance and priorities. The sessions were very informative and enriching. The mentees and the mentors were very happy and agreed to continue such sessions in the coming days as well.
