Day 1 Highlights: December 7, 2024
1. Inaugural Program
The event commenced with an inspiring inaugural program that included the lighting of the lamp, a melodious prayer song by the XITE choir, and welcome remarks by Dr. (Fr.) Mukti Clarence SJ, Vice Principal and Convenor.
Dr. Rupa Sarkar, Guest of Honor, emphasized the role of research in addressing societal challenges, setting an intellectual tone for the event.
2. Technical Sessions
The technical sessions, chaired by Dr. Rupa Sarkar, showcased insightful papers, including topics like patriarchy, tribal traditions, technology’s impact, and gender issues. These presentations spurred vibrant academic discussions and critical engagement.

Day 2 saw engaging online presentations across two tracks:
Track 1: Focused on digital identity, mental health, and environmental degradation.
Track 2: Covered feminist movements, tribal women’s challenges, and AI in creative writing.
Chaired by esteemed academicians, the sessions provided a platform for young researchers to showcase their work and gain valuable feedback.
