The IIC (Institution’s Innovation Cell) of XITE College has organised an awareness program on “Entrepreneurship and Innovation as a Career Opportunity” on 29th November 2021 to inculcate and motivate students on the importance and need of becoming job creators and not job seekers. The resource person for the workshop was Mr. Manoj Kumar, Co-founder and CEO of CSSPL Technologies, Bangalore. Ms. Anupama welcomed the gathering and Prof. Amit C. honored the resource person with a sapling while Prof. Sushmita introduced the resource person . The session was very enriching and informative. The resource person, while sharing his knowledge, skills and values, highlighted the importance of risk taking and idea generation as the key factors for Entrepreneurship. At the end of the session, the resource person was felicitated by Dr. Pompi S. while Ms. Anushka proposed the vote of thanks.
