The Cultural and Literary Clubs of XITE College have organised a program on 20th November 2021 to celebrate Jharkhand Sthapana Diwas. This program was well showcased by the College students with great enthusiasm and passion. They explained about different tribes (32) of the state and showcased through dance the four main tribes such as Ho, Santhal, Munda and Oraon. The main aim of organizing this program was to make students aware of the culture and traditions of different tribes of Jharkhand. The students took initiative to prepare a video and power point presentation on Jharkhand and enlightened everybody with various resources and achievements. The program was enjoyed by all the students as well as members of faculty.
