Intresting Facts About Tribals

Every educated, uneducated, employed and unemployed citizen of Jharkhand is proud of
being a tribal. Tribals worship the mountains and forests as their gods and goddesses. But still
he is uneducated, unemployed and helpless. Why? And what is the reason behind this.
To save their generation from extinction, their parents give them the same upbringing as their
elders have given them. Their sons and daughters also learn what their parents are doing.
They go to the village for their development. Never come to the city except

Why are tribals not developing?
1.They do their work diligently but after receiving weekly income, they go back to work only
when their weekly income ends.
2. Another reason for the tribals not being able to develop is that they think that they have
farms and barns so why should they seek employment from others.
3.Tribal people earn less and spend more.
4. It is often seen among the tribals that there is more jealousy and pride towards the person
who works hard day and night for the development of himself and his family.

Development of tribals will not happen by just giving them advice, instead of giving advice,
we will have to understand their economic situation and spend some time with them, only
then we and you will be able to understand their poor and economic situation.
If you or we want to help them, we can give them some money and create a new employment
for them by creating a business for them.

This fact of tribals is interesting because every tribal is still unemployed and they are always
burdened by someone on the path of development. If every tribal starts understanding itself
and starts planning, then there will be no obstacles in the path of development of every
tribals.
