COLLEGE DAYS

home but never felt it. I wanted to stay forever, but everybody knows that we have to move ahead and so did our
mates and I. When I took admission I was afraid, how my days would pass, but now I wish to go back and live
those moments again. Our Principal, Dean, Fathers, Sisters, teachers were very supportive and cooperative.
They were helpful as well as strict when needed. The Best day was Saturday,we had social, cultural, academics
and sports activities. After college, I was back to the hostel where we laughed, cried, loved, fought and
enjoyed. In addition, we enjoyed playing Basketball and Volleyball. We also went to play inter-college
tournaments.We organised and participated in hostel activities. The Best part of every program was that, at
the end, we all enjoyed the tribal dance immensely. Each day spent at XITE was a memorable day. I am proud
to be the part of XITE.

The best part of college was the Saturday Activities that you may not find anywhere else. We used to organize
all the Saturday activities in which we applied the principles of management learnt in our classroom. So
Saturdays always used to be exciting. Actually, I don't belong to Jamshedpur, so I preferred to stay in the
Hostel which was really a home away from home. In the hostel we met different types of personalities who
belonged to different cities and states. Our local guardian was our Hostel Superintendent who always used to
tell us,“If you have any problems, come to me, I am here only for you all” And yes, he did a splendid job. The
time which I spent in the college and hostel is worth reminiscing. It will stay with me forever and be cherished
throughout my life.
