MY EXPERIENCE AT XITE

Currently working in JAAN FOUNDATION,Ranchi as soft skills trainer,

My BBA at XITE College was one of the best experiences of my life whichbrought me confidence, knowledge
and clarity of thought, the courage and conviction of my goals. I found here great classmates, friendly
professors and a well knit community in XITE. The three years spent here helped me to grow better
professionally as well as personally. It goes without saying that XITE gives a great opportunity for students to
broaden their vision beyond their realm of studies within a productive multicultural environment.

'MOST WANTED BOY OF 2015 Batch’
It was a kind of great experience. Going 900km away from home (Lucknow) for graduation to XITE. It was
always tedious and exhausting, but I had learned a lot from here.My family and friends couldn't believe that I
could dance, act, or givea speeches at anygiven moment. Before this, I had just led the school parade and
participated in games, but here I had done these things differently. Preparing a skit in just two days with
dance, games and other cultural events. Different kinds of cultural activities gave us sufficient motivation for
attending college regularly. At the end, I would like to thank Fr. PankaToppo., the Principal, Mr. Tony
Castleton,Dean and Mr. Naval, the Librarian, for their continuous support and guidance.

A COLLEGE EXPEREIENCE Rohit Xaxa
Batch BBA 2015-2018

I'm feeling highly nostalgic and happy while jotting down these lines. My college days were probably the best
days of my life. I belonged to theXITE family, one of the best colleges with an excellent atmosphere and
beautiful people.Whatever I learnt inside the classroom and outside is helping me to shape my future and my
career. The College provided me with the best:friendly professors, vibrant friends and an enjoyable hostel life.
Further, my Alma Mater taught me to stand on my own feet among competitive people. I remember a line
quoted by the Dean, Mr.Tony Castleton“hum lamba race ka goda baniga”. It also provided me with many
opportunities to excel in sports and games especially in Basketball and Volleyball. Those three years in XITE
were the best part of my life which I have everlived.I miss those college days which are unforgettable. It was a
dream come true…..
