universe and understand all the mysteries on life. Oh, how wrong we are! We can lie about it forever,
but we are all absolutely scared of reality. Nothing hurts us more than the truth. Life will forever lead
us on a pointless chase, teasing and cackling just around the corner. This is not a healthy way to live.
We are like fallen angels with broken wings, that we drag behind us as we trip and stumble on this
arduous road called 'Life'.
‘The Life We are living right now is a dream for many people’
We might not like the life we are living now, but, we are blessed ones, and we should probably be joyful
about it. There are a lot of people in our country who strive very hard to fulfill their basic needs. As for us,
we live in a comfort zone, enjoying an active internet connection, food on our tables, television for
entertainment and a roof over our heads to rest our weary selves. So, the next time we moan and groan
about not being on a relationship or getting late for work, remember that there are many who walk
miles for finding a job and many still go to sleep on a hungry stomach and live in stark poverty.
‘The more the number of our friends, the higher is
the pile of troubles one has to deal with.’
Eventually, we realise that the fewer the friends, the better the outcome in the long run. Trust me, it does
not matter how many friends we have, all that matters is how many friends we can count on when we
are in need. It is very hard to please everyone, and more importantly, is to understand the fact 'that a
friend to all is a friend to none'. A single rose can make my garden, and a single friend my world.
‘Everyone is Selfish’
We talk to people we want to talk to. We go out of our way only for those people whom we think are
worth it. We are like shadows that rely on the light and are unable to move. It is a fact that those
'selfless' people are the most selfish when it comes to something that is related to them.
'Moreover, It would be foolish to consider anyone as 'selfless' in this 21st Century; no one is a saint here! '
‘Expectations Always Hurts’
Never expect anything from anyone. If you desire or expect something, make sure that you work
hard enough to turn that into a reality. EXPECTATIONS hurt, life was meant to be lived freely, not with
full of unrealistic expectations.
'You can expect things from only one person in the whole, earth, and that is – YOU!'
“NO ONE WILL EVER COMPLETELY UNDERSTAND YOU”
‘Friends are not always reliable’
Of course, friends are like the life jackets in a sinking ship. But, they are not always dependable.
Time, physical distance and situation influence people. Some life moments are such that they need
to be faced alone. We might feel heart-broken and betrayed, but all of that does not matter. We
cannot expect anyone to come and join us in some of those dicult time; that is just the way life
works. This is Life, where only change is constant.
'Make sure that you do not lose hope and just continue the journey.'
Whether you agree or not, we all have been ignoring the harsh realities of life for quiet some time.
Even though we are technically advanced, we are travelling back when it comes to seeking the real
meaning of life.
We have no clue about what is going on with us and what our actual job on earth is.
We are all a bit stereotyped when it comes to accepting the truth. Nothing hurts us more than the
truth. And with the impact of urbanisation, we have learned more ways to ignore the reality and even
live dual lives.
Finally, turning a blind eye and ignoring the truth, can in no way help us win the race of life.... for we
will eventually realise that ' the truth shall prevail'.... And thus life goes on.
Long live the Human Spirit...!!
